cant send return shipping label
I need to send a return shipping label to the buyer. I have already refunded his money. I have not option to do this with this item

You can buy a return label at pirateship.com. Print it to a jpeg file, then send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.

OP5 months agoI need the ebay usps ground advantage discount. It cost $200 to ship to Puerto Rico.

Mentor5 months agoI'm going to be honest with you, since you already refunded even if you send a label the buyer doesn't have to return the item.
Also you cannot get a label through eBay anymore because that option disappeared when you refunded the buyer before getting the item back.

Pirate Ship labels are also discounted.
The important thing to keep in mind is that if you refund before you get the item back, that means you don't want the item back. That's why there is no label to send. For the future, be sure to accept the return (don't select the refund option), a link to a label will be sent to the buyer, and then you can refund when the item arrives back.
Glad to hear the buyer is still willing to return the item to you.
