Cant' send offers from the app
I seem to have a glitch going on and i have no idea how to fix it. I have watchers on items that i can send offers to on my desktop, but on the app it doesn't show that i can send any offers.
this was working fine until earlier this week. I've put in two tickets to ebay via the mobile app with no response.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didnt' solve the problem either.
anyone have a solution?
