can't send message to seller to ask question!
I need to ask a seller a particular question. When I go thru the steps to "contact seller" a popup box appears with a "send message" button at the bottom. But when I try to type in the popup box to write the message nothing happens, no words appear. Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks. 🙂

Are you clicking on the "Send message" text and typing your message in the box that appears?

OP1 year agoThanks so much. Amazingly I just figured it out. A tiny box appears at the bottom within the popup box. I discovered you have to type over the grayed out "send message" in the box to actually compose the message. <sigh> I really appreciate your help! Best wishes. 🙂
