Mentor1 year agoTry sending your message in a different way.
Use a different browser, or a different browser mode (mobile, classic or desktop). Or try using the eBay app to send a message.
Try going to the user's profile page to verify the user is still registered and use the "contact" link there.
Try going to ebay.ca to send a message instead of ebay.com.
