Cant send invoice to Canadian Buyer. I get this message Invoice can't be sent for eBay International
A Canadian purchased my lot but I cant send an invoice. I get the following message..."Invoices can't be sent for eBay International Shipping orders." Please Help. I have never had this problem before.

Mentor3 years agoI believe only ebay sends out invoices for the ebay International Shipping items.

Mentor3 years ago@tinman I am not familiar with that situation, but as an alternate, have the buyer pay the full shipping and then go to the sold item, click on 'send refund' for the shipping discount u want to give.

OP3 years agoProblem there is I dont even have their address. I have sent the buyer a note to know what is going on.
