Can't sell to CA?

Question

I have reviewed all of my shipping settings, and I can ship to all of the 50 states in the US, where I am located. But I have a buyer who wants to buy something, she is in CA and when she tries to buy, she gets a message preventing the purchase because it says I won't ship to CA. Why?

I am in CA. What is the item number? I scrolled through your active listings, and they all showed a shipping amount, except for one listing, which has free shipping.

@rebahpierce Which item is it? This message is usually caused by a problem with the shipping cost.
