Can't select an image for Featured categories
I am trying to add sample image from my inventory for either "ebay categories" or "store categories". Software doesn't show any images to select. My store has been in business since 2010 and the samples images were from sold items. I deleted those with the hope to select current ones.
I hope you can advise. Thank you

Whether you select the eBay or Store Categories, when you click the Add image plus sign you will open a link to your Documents and-or Picture file on your PC. The images you want to post are not from any listing, they have to come from a file on your PC or perhaps your phone.
You will need to navigate to the folder your pictures are in that you want to post.

OP1 year agoThank you Mr. Lincoln. I tried your recommendations, but when I click on “Add imageâ€, nothing happens, cursor disappears in the abyss, no files in the “Documents†or “Photos†files open. This problem exists only when I try to add photos to “Featured CATEGORIESâ€, “ebay c…†or “store c…â€.
I am able to add photos to “Newly listed†or “Sales†or “Featured LISTINGSâ€, in which case cursor points at the list of my items.

Mentor1 year ago@yeldus2010 I am going to tag a couple of Mentors that have stores to see if they can help you troubleshoot this. It's been many years since I had a store and they have changed so much.
