Can’t seem to cancel return request
I received a damaged item. Seller made a partial refund offer that I declined. We subsequently have agreed on a price. I no longer see the option to cancel the request. Chatbit walks me through the steps only to get a “Something went wrong” message when I confirm I want to cancel. What are my options?
