Cant see post or sale order
Hi, i posted some pottery for sale and got a buyer confirmation shortly afterwards. I can no longer see the item i posted in my sale/pending folder. In addition the buyer has messaged me to discuss delivery instructions but when i click his email link i get the following message.
"Something went wrong. Could not loas conversation. Please try later"
I do not want them to think i am not interested in his purchse or that i am ignoring him.
Any URGENT help apprecited please

Make sure you are signed in to the correct account on the correct site (ebay.co.uk) and that you are looking at the correct date range, as it is a new year.
