Can't see pictures or have the option to buy or place bids...

I can't see any pictures of any items once I tap on that item....AND, I'm not seeing the blue lines that include "Buy Now", "Place in Cart", "Make a Bid", " Contact Seller"......I cant buy anything right now......I could this morning, but not now!!!!!
