Can’t see my return label for printing and returning

Question

Anyone can help as I need to return an item but the label when trying to print or email myself the PDF file is just showing a dark black page/

I need to send it before the 10th and I won’t be home for that as I’m out of the country

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. If possible, set your browser to open PDFs using a PDF reader rather than the browser's built-in utility.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
