Can't see my already running ad campaign anymore. Can't see listings if creating new ads. Can't apply policies to listings. Can't sell in other countries.
Summary: ombakery is experiencing issues with their eBay account where active campaigns and listings are not visible, and changes to policies are not being applied. Despite products being sold through promoted listings, they are unable to control or expand their reach beyond Germany.
My eBay seems to be glitching or something as my already running campaigns have disappeared despite having full access in the team access and if I start a new campaign, I can not see my items (listings) there despite them being active. The policies keep disappearing and if changed, changes are not applied to my items. I am stuck, products are getting sold through promoted listings in the orders tab but I can not see anything or control anything. I want to expand beyond Germany but unable to do it.

Just a heads-up that this is the U.S.-based eBay Community Mentor forum, and some Seller Hub, advertising, Business Policy, and international selling features can work differently depending on the eBay marketplace.
Your account appears to be registered in the Netherlands, while you are referring to selling in Germany. I would recommend checking with the Community for the marketplace where your listings are actually being managed, since their policies and available tools may differ from eBay.com.

If the same issue is happening while you are logged directly into the correct marketplace, then it may need to be reviewed by that marketplace’s support team.
