Can't see listing for an active item I've previously bought

I buy 3d printing supplies often. I need to buy the same thing several times when I run out. However, even though the listing shows up in the search results, when I tap it, the page that then loads just says "you bought this item previously, contact the seller"

The listing is active, it's a common item readily supplied.
