Can't see items.
So I'm trying to buy some drill bits from a seller. The problem is I can see the items on my work PC, which I won't login to eBay from, but I can't find them on the app on my phone or even my PC at home even if I use the eBay item number or if I go to the sellers page none of the items are there.

The next time you are at work see if you can click on the Sellers Feedback profile which will show you what country they are from. It is possible they have a foreign account but don't have international shipping set up correctly ...
You can also try changing the Advanced filters to the right of the eBay Search window to worldwide to see if the items come up at home for you.

Mentor10 months agoSome iOS users seem to be having problems with the app -- specifically seeing sellers' stores or items for sale from a link.
Try using a mobile browser instead of the app. If browser links are opening in the app automatically, tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "don't open in the app".

OP10 months agoI'm on android and using the browser doesn't show them neither does my pc at home. My friend also tried tonight on his pc and they don't show up for him either

Mentor10 months agoYou may be performing a different search on the different machines, or you may be using a different shipping location to calculate your shipping. If the seller does not ship to your location, you will not be able to see the seller's items when searching.
Try pasting the item number directly into a URL like this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/157288908398
Then check the shipping information to see if the seller ships to your location.

OP10 months agoI wrote my first post wrong. I can the sellers other items but not the ones I want in particular. I live in Hawaii and he lives in Michigan so both in the US. I tried searching the way you showed and I found it and even added it to my watchlist but still when I go to the sellers page it isn't there. Even if it was set not to ship to Hawaii, which irritating enough a lot of people won't, they are always shown but this item and a couple.others I want from this seller don't.

Mentor10 months agoHawaii is a special case; not all sellers ship every item to Hawaii. But you may be able to contact the seller to see if the seller will make an exception for you.
If an item does not have a shipping method specified to your location, in many cases it will not appear in a search or among the seller's items for sale.

Thank you for providing more accurate information.
In a Seller's Shipping preferences > Exclude locations you ship to they can exclude Alaska and Hawaii.
You will have to ask them to turn those states ON in their shipping preferences. They may not even know it's happening.
