can't save items in watchlist
When I try to add an item to watchlist the button darkens to grey but it doesn't go into my watchlist.
I have never had this happen before. I cleared cache and cookies and it still happens. I use Firefox browser.

Make sure you have not reached the maximum number of items, both active and ended.
Try deleting some ended listings and see if that allows you to save a new listing.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Or try using the eBay app to add an item to your Watch List.

OP10 months agoI don't have a lot of listing items in my saved watchlist.
It appears that if I use brave browser I make my watchlist work, It appears to be an issue with Firefox.
Note I normally use Firefox and it has worked in the past.

Mentor10 months agoFirefox works for me as far as adding items to my Watch List, so if you want to continue to use Firefox, look at temporarily disabling add-ons to see if there is a conflict, or updating to the latest version of Firefox, if possible.
