Can't revise listing
I can not revise a listing. There is a lock next to photos where there's usually the edit icon.
I don't have offer pending or anything else that I've seen when I google this.
What am I not getting?

The only reason the lock is there
- an auction with bids
- an auction less than 12 hours remaining
- an offer from a buyer
- a counter-offer
- an offer to buyers - these last 48 hours now. is it possible you send an offer yesterday?
