Cant return a defective item?
I bought a microwave trim kit that arrived the wrong color and missing parts. It was advertised as an open box. Which stated would be all there in excellent condition. I asked for a return and the seller said they wouldn't accept returns. E-bay closed my return request and gave me no options for rebuttal. I tried to leave neutral feedback because of the experience and they wouldn't even allow that. So am I just screwed with no way to recoup my money on this defective item? I'm out $90.00 with something I can't use or re-sell because it's missing parts.

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.

OP3 years agoThank you. I did finally get a hold of someone from e-bay. they are looking in to it. If that doesn't work I will go your route.
