Can't return a broke item I bought because eBay makes all most impossible to do so What should I do?

I did all the manual said and even went to a different PC I could not get
it to work I was very disappointed Because I wanted it work. I tried it over and over so I give up on it, now I just want to return for my refund. keywing

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
