Can't respond to buyer's question

Question

I received an email alerting me to a question from a potential buyer. But when I click o the link to respond the message it does not appear in my message box and I get a red error message saying "Something went wrong Could not load conversation. Please try again later." This has happened preciously.

Make sure you are signed in to your selling account before following the link; the account you are posting with has no current listings or sales that I can see.

If that is not the issue, perhaps the potential buyer has been suspended by eBay since sending the original message.
