Cant report item never arrived, ebay says Oops try again later.
A package didnt arrive, USPS says label was made but package wasnt mailed. Seller says its on the way, past delivery date, and Ebay wont give me option to open case. If i select "package never arrived" Ebay page comes up saying "oops technical problem please try again later." Same message on multiple devices, and been trying for days. Wth Ebay? No guarantees anymore?

Mentor3 years agoIf you are attempting to start an "item not received" case using a browser and getting a "technical hiccup" error:
Try using the eBay app, if possible to start the "item not received" case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. At least three users have indicated that they were able to successfully start an "item not received" case through the app when the browser link gave that error message.
