    can't reply to feedback received.
                     

    i answer all negative and neutral feedback received, to tell my side. but system as me blocked and won't let me reply and i have no idea why.  the robot says i can replyup to 60 days and in some instances 90 days.  its not even been 30 days and they won't let me talk to a live agent by phone call, i can only email them.  what is going on?
