Mentor1 year ago@auctionsco When using Express payout, if you qualify, the debit card must be in the same name and address as the eBay account. Express payouts can also go to a checking account. Funds that are on hold can not be paid out even with Express Payout.
The debit card must be stored in your eBay account after you sign up for Express Payout from your summary page.

Keep in mind that you are charged a $2 fee for ALL payouts to the card until you change it. This fee is charged even for regularly scheduled payouts. You have to manually change back to your checking account for payouts to avoid this fee.

You can set up express payouts by adding a bank account or debit card as a payout method to receive your payouts faster. Once your eligible bank account or debit card has been verified, you can get scheduled payouts in minutes, or request an express payout on demand, and your bank will typically make funds available to you within 30 minutes.
A flat fee of $2.00 is applied to each express payout sent to your linked debit card or bank account, and eBay deducts the express payout fee, selling costs, and other fees from your funds prior to payout."
