Can't read messages
Started about 3 hours ago. I click on a message to read it and...nothing. None of the messages will open in the side bar. I'm using Google Chrome on desktop but the same thing is happening in Firefox. Anybody else having this problem?

Some users seem to be seeing a red slash-in-a-circle icon when selecting messages using a desktop browser. Messages may or may not load when selected.
If messages do not load at all, try clearing cache and cookies only on eBay by clicking on the lock icon to the left of the address bar in your browser. You will need to sign back in to eBay at that point, but messages should load again.

OP11 months agoThanks, I appreciate the info; I'll keep that in mind the next time something like this happens.
I think it was an eBay glitch, though. It cleared up on both Chrome and Firefox without me having to clear the cache, etc.
