Mentor1 year agoThere was a problem with reading eBay messages using a mobile browser, though it seems to be working once again for me.
If you are still having problems, try using a private or incognito browser window, or try another browser entirely.
Or try reading messages using a browser on a desktop computer, or using the eBay app on a mobile device.
If you have messages from members forwarded to an email address, you should be able to read and respond to the emails directly, not using the blue "reply" button in the message.
