Can't reach ebay for help with return, system keeps sending you to their return page

Question

ebay's return system will not let you file a return without a picture, for the return I actually selected the return from a picture they posted of my purchases. I am unable to provide a picture so i am stuck

For issues with providing photos on a return, you'll need to contact eBay.

At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
