Can’t reach a person
My purchases are not showing up under my purchase history and I cannot get anyone to help me, their Help options are the most ridiculous that I’ve ever had to deal with trying to reach Customer Service

Mentor1 month agoIt sounds like you made the purchases as a guest. Guest purchases are not part of your eBay account. To see the purchase you need to find the confirmation email you received from eBay and it will have special log in instructions to see the purchase and open any case or request you need to.
