Can't print shipping labels because they are password protected
All of a sudden over the last week or so I have not been able to print my shipping labels as it says the PDF is password protected. Is there a way to remove this password protection or does anyone know how to find out what the password is to be able to print the label? Customer service seemed to indicate that they received several questions about this issue.

Mentor2 years agoThere is no password protection on the labels, so something else is going on. Make sure you have your browser updated and set to open PDF files with an updated version of Adobe.

OP2 years agoIt seems like many others are having the same issue. It seems to be something with the ebay app giving this problem.
