Can't print shipping label says it's password protected

I've tried several times to print my shipping label so I can ship out the item that a person bought from me but every time I try to print it the printer comes back with an error message saying it's password protected can somebody help me with this

Password protection may prevent you from editing the document, but should not prevent you from printing it as is.

If your browser is set to use a PDF editor to open PDF files, try using a different program such as Acrobat Reader to open and print the label instead.
