Cant print shipping label on local only listing from non-local buyer.
Hello community,
I created a listing for a tapestry that I have no issue with shipping, but somehow it became a local only listing. Now I have a buyer that paid, ebay is prompting me to ship, won't let me print a shipping label because it was a local only listing. I don't know if this is a scam because I would never have chosen local only and if I did, why would eBay allow a non-local to purchase it? Regardless, eBay obviously has not paid out the funds as it has not shipped yet. How do I cancel this without eBay taking money out of my account to pay this person their money back. I never was paid. This is where I feel something is sketchy. Ebay has the money...can't they just give it back so I can relist the item and ensure its no longer a local only and add the appropriate shipping costs?
Thanks for any help here. I'm thoroughly confused. Every part of this makes no sense.
