Can't print return shipping label. Running out of time.
My purchase was for $30 from China. Return shipping to China is over $200 at my expense. Ebay says the buyer is responsible but there is no path to print a return shipping label through the site. I am running out of time.

What reason did you select in the Return Request for the return?

Mentor2 years agoIf item did not work and you opened a return for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. The Seller pays for the return, not you. Since they are international and can't send a return label they are required to advance the funds to you to purchase one. Do NOT use your funds to do so. If seller does not do this or refund by the fourth day, go back to the return and ask ebay to step in. Ebay will then force a refund without a returned being required, if needed.

Mentor2 years agoIf you opened the case described, you must wait till the fourth day for the option to appear. Then go back to the return in the Resolution Center and you should see the option to ask ebay to step in.
