can't print return label because its not there.
There's no sign of my purchase when logged into ebay. I have the confirmation of the purchase, and the delivery of the purchase on my home e-mail. Through my home email I started the return. Ebay sent me the print label for return to my home email. I click on my home e-mail "print label" and it takes me to ebay but there no label to print. Ebay says "! we couldn't process your request because of a technical issue" please try again. I have tried several time to no avail. I will try again tomorrow..

Mentor3 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the purchase in order to print the label.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email that eBay sent to print the label.

OP3 years agoThanks for the reply. I may have purchased without logging in? Item is not worth returning no big deal.
