can't print return label
Hello all--I need some help. I can't get ahold of any customer service so I'm turning to the community.
I've been on Ebay since 1999--and not sure why it's getting harder and harder to do certain things on this forum. I made a purchase--I requested a return--this am I got a notification that the return was initiated, and my account would have money in Paypal in 3-5 business days. This is ALL fine. I go to the page that tells me I have to return item by April 13--and blue oval icon says--PRINT RETURN LABEL--I hit that button---as I ONLY NEED THE LABEL AND IT'S READY TO SHIP BACK---but there is NOT a label to print. I mean--NO WHERE! Never had this happen. I've asked seller--can you send me one or at least be sure you've done everything on their end. She just keeps telling me--you're in charge of buying the return label--just follow the instructions. I have gone over and over the instructions and yet NO label pops up. I'm tempted to write a label and pay full cost at post office but in ALL my years---I've always been able to print a return label on my printer and ship back out. There is not a label anywhere to be found. Is it due to being a Sunday--no I sound silly? Never had this happen. Any help would be appreciated. Or--tell me how to actually get ahold of a person like I used to be able to years ago for help. Everything just circles me back around. OH--as it reads Return Complete. I've not even sent her item back. ugg. Thank you for any help! Angie....parabrox

Mentor5 months ago@parabrox. Has the seller already issued a refund? It sounds like it was since you said PayPal will be refunded in 3 to 5 days.
Once the refund is issued the eBay label can no longer be used.
If the seller wants the item back then they will need to send you a return shipping label aa a Jpg image in eBay messages. They can buy a discounted shipping label on pirateship. The seller will not be charged for the label that was issued in the case since it was not used.
