Cant print label because "'Address Line 1' plus 'Address Line 3' plus exceed 50 characters
I've never come across this before please explain what I can do

I've gotten a similar message in the past ... like when a Buyer puts too much on one line on their eBay address in their account. If you can noodle out what they screwed up then you can correct it, otherwise you have to message the Buyer letting them know they will have to correct their address since eBay will not let you print the label AND until they do they will have the same issue with every purchase they make. You can let them know you will cancel this transaction and they can purchase again once they update their address correctly.
When you cancel use the reason "Problem with address" in the cancellation flow.
If they message an address through eBay messaging DON'T ship to it, just ship to the correct one they provide in the future on their account.

OP5 months agoIt's also saying my return address is too long but I've printed many labels with no error. I'll try your suggestion. My address cannot be any shorter
thanks for your help I'm now getting this message for any labels I print!
