cant print invoice
sold an item, item got damaged, canceled purchase, notified buyer what had happened, said they still wanted item, now i cant print invoice

Mentor3 years ago@gegijoe3o4j did the refund go thru? if not, refund and
do a sell similar adding the damaged info onto that listing and have the buyer re purchase from that listing to help mitigate an item not as described return.
