cant print a postage label
once again, I am unable to print a postage label for something I'm selling. it keeps telling me to go back the 'original' site which I have. help! eBay will deduct the label when it transfers the monies to me as well.

You are currently signed in to ebay.com where prices are shown in dollars.
Sign out here and sign back in to ebay.co.uk to see prices in pounds.
Make sure you are not following any ebay.com links or using any ebay.com bookmarks. Be careful not to use an ebay.com listing to "sell similar". If you use your browser's autocomplete feature to enter page addresses, clear your recent browser history to prevent it from suggesting ebay.com pages you have recently visited.

OP1 month agoThanks for this but the email page and my summary page were both in GB pounds hence my not understanding what the issue was, but as you say, the link assumed otherwise. I did solve it but I'm not sure why the link cant take you to the right place! I'm sure this can be closed now. thanks

It depends on what site you are signed in to and which link you use. Currently you are on ebay.com so any links you follow from here will go to ebay.com pages.
If you delete your ebay.com cookies from your browser, then at least if you are redirected here you will see a sign in page. That should be a warning to check which site you are on. Similarly if you run into an error page: take a look at the page address to make sure you are still on ebay.co.uk .

OP1 month agook I've worked it out. Ebay keeps automatically taking me to Ebay.com not Ebay.uk. even though I am using the link in the email etc.
