Can't post an ad due to shipping

Recently I see this while trying to put an ad:
I believe that something may be wrong/new.
My account was created like 20 years ago while I was still in portugal, and unfortunately your site doesn't allow to change that.
I am now living in france, I buy without problems, but I can't sell.
I already contacted ebay two times by phone due to this issue, but no more word on it.
All my addresses are up to date the website platform.
Anyone has a hint?

Mentor4 months ago@skinniezinho. Since you now live in France you need to open a new account on eBay France so you can sell. Then your items will show for sale in the countries you offer shipping to. .
You cannot change the registration address on your account. Registration addresses must match your checking or payoneer account and government id exactly to be able to receive payouts.
