can't open sidebar photos or enlarge main photo

Question

For about a month I've been unable to open the sidebar photos to listings, scroll down to see more sidebar photos or enlarge the main photo. I've cleared cookies, history and cache multiple times. The desktop has been turned off and on multiple times. I'm not buying anything if I can't view it closely, examine multiple views or get measurements. What's going on?
