can't open message
I got a message from potential buyer, but it won't open, displaying "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." Can Ebay send him/her a message or try to fix?

Are you looking at the message from your eBay Message page?
If you have eBay messages from members sent to your email, check your email. In some cases eBay might delete the message, but the email should remain. That usually happens when the message is found to have been spam or a scam, though, so be careful.
