Can't open an Ebay Basic Store
Whenever I try to subscribe to open an Ebay Store, the website says "You do not have a valid payment method on file. Please add a valid payment method before choosing your plan. Add Payment Method", but whenever I click the Add Payment Method button, it redirects me to a website with a link that says "I wish to pay the balance amount." I cannot click on this link and I don't know what else to do so I can open a store. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Make sure you specify all the payment methods, especially the one to be used for your selling fees and refunding buyers.
