Hi @exedore01
I think the UPC may be what is causing this.
When you enter a UPC, eBay can match the DVD to a product in its catalog and automatically fill in some of the product details. If the catalog information has the wrong number of discs, that may be why you can’t change that field.
First, double-check that the UPC exactly matches the edition you are selling. If it doesn’t, I would remove or correct the UPC rather than use a catalog match that doesn’t accurately describe your item.
You also don’t need to force a UPC into a listing just for the sake of having one if it isn’t required for that category. An accurate title, category, description and especially your item specifics are very important. Buyers use item specifics to filter search results, so having those filled out correctly helps the right buyers find your item.
If the UPC is correct but eBay’s catalog still shows the wrong number of discs, then it may be a catalog-data issue rather than something you are doing wrong.
