cant make offers .
every time i try to make an offer it says my card is not reconized even though its registard on ebay . ive lost alot of making offers and deals because of this .

Not every card necessarily works for offers and auctions; the card must be able to handle a reversible payment hold.
Even if it appears already, try adding your card here again, choosing "for offers and auctions":
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
If that still does not work, try another browser or another card.
