Can't make a purchase
when I try to buy an item and put it in my cart I get a message that says item NOT put in cart. Why Can't I buy item? This from one particular seller.

Do you mean you try to buy an item and then put it in your cart? That doesn't make sense, so I think you mean you can't put an item in your cart. What happens if you skip the cart step, and just buy the item from the listing?

OP3 years agoTried that, but didn't work. When I buy outright and not put in cart I get a message saying seller won't sell to me. Don't know what gives?

Mentor3 years agoIt sounds like that seller has you blocked from purchasing from him/her. Have you had a previous sale with the seller that didn't go well? Or have you had 2 or more transactions that you have not paid for? Those are the only reasons I know of that this particular seller will not sell to you. Look for another seller.
