cant locate item purchased or seller
I cant find an item I purchased on ebay. Cant find the seller either. Its gone from my account. Item is not the condition it stated in the listing.

Mentor1 year agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
