Can't List or Set Up Seller Account
I've been having an issue with setting up my seller's account since Ebay took over managing payments. If I try to list an item or go through the seller account set up, I just get a message that says "We've encountered an issue on our end. Thanks for your patience. Try Again". I have spent hours with Ebay customer service with no success. I can abandon this account and start over but really wanted to hang on to my Feedback history (98 100% feedback). Has anyone else been able to get past this?
