Can’t issue a refund on my old account because eBay suspended me

Question

My old seller account got suspended because I wanted to change my bank for payout. I have a refund I have to issue to a customer but since my account is suspended I can’t do anything. And for reference this is my other account

@iadorga_0 eBay may end up sending you to collections for the refund. I hope that they figure out a way to let you refund the buyer before that happens.
