Can't I refund buyer with the funds from them that are on hold?
I'm trying to refund buyer for a damaged product but it won't let me refund them. The money from them when they bought it is on hold so why don't they refund buyer with that money

Mentor1 week agoIf the funds are on hold, you have to cover the refund from your credit card or bank account until the buyers payment is released.
