Can't I cancel order and refund with my bank account
I need cancel order and full refund, there is no enough money in available payout, I have added my bank account in selling cost. When I tried to cancel order order and refund, it requires redit card info for refund. Can't I refund the order with my bank account?

For selling fees and reimbursements, have you specified your checking account?

OP2 years agoYes, I did. But when I tried to cancel order and refund, it still requires a credit card.
