We see this on a regular basis, customers inadvertently purchase as a Guest. The good news is that you are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
For your Guest purchase you cannot merge it with an existing account or leave Feedback on the transaction. Here is a like to the Help pages on Buying as a Guest: Buying as a guest | eBay

·1 year agoDid you possibly purchase the item under another account or as a guest user? The easiest way to figure that out would be to go back to your email notification from when you purchased it, if you received one.
