can't get to "print label" from supplier as a guest

I bought an item as a guest and have to return it. The supplier is very good and is letting me return it. THey have sent me a link to print the "return label" but it always fails whenever I attempt to click on the link. Therefore, I cannot get the return label printed. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Did you file the Returns Request through your guest purchase? If so, then printing the return shipping label should work. Try again later.
