Can't get the seller to answer a question/email
I have emailed a seller twice with the same question about the item they're selling. I have been waiting for an answer now for 4 days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a weekend day so, I now wait into the week and no answer. And I can't get a phone number for Ebay assistance to maybe have them call the seller. What are my steps to get a simple question answered?

·3 years agoNo, they won't contact the seller for you.
Sellers are not required to respond to messages and some just wont.
Find another seller that want's your business and will answer questions.
